Beovich Walter & Friend Certified Court Reporters is based in Portland, Oregon, and its current president is one Julie A. Walter. Walter joined the offices of Beovich 1986, and has had a career distinguished by professional excellence. Although Julie is the co-owner and equal partner of Doug Friend, she continues to take on reporting assignments.
